ABOUT OUR STORE

SAY THEIR NAME creates personalized remembrance products for people whose lives and stories deserve to be remembered.

Our products are made to order using the name, forever age, size, colour, and other information submitted by the customer.

PERSONALIZATION

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order.

Please ensure that:

• The name is spelled exactly as you want it printed
• The forever age is correct
• The correct product, size, colour, and design are selected
• Your shipping address and contact information are accurate

We create each product using the information provided with the order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including incorrect spelling, age, size, colour, or address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will try to make the requested change, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, product material, printing process, or production partner.

Because each product is individually made, minor differences in colour, positioning, scale, or print appearance may occur. These small variations are part of the made-to-order process and are not considered defects.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout. The full amount of your order must be paid before production begins.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information, or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

Products are created and shipped by trusted print partners. Production times and estimated delivery dates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages because different items may be produced by different partners.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, service interruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws are not limited by these terms.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import charges, or taxes imposed by their country.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour preference, or personalization errors submitted with the order.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the item, the complete design, and the packaging.

When a production error or defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may enter production shortly after they are submitted. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately.

We will attempt to stop production, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once work has begun. Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this website:

• For unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• To interfere with the operation or security of the website
• To distribute malicious code or unauthorized advertising
